I understand that each clients needs are different and I tailor my approach unique to you. The psychological approaches that can be used are:

Psychodynamic: Working with the inner self and its influence on past and present complexes to overcome issues of depression, in where you feel as if you have lost meaning in your lives and have difficulty forming or maintaining personal relationships.

Integrative: A combination of different approaches in response to the clients presenting issues to allow them to view themselves in a better light.

Humanistic: providing an environment which allows us to explore how you genuinely feel and by giving you the opportunity to understand your most intricate thoughts and feelings that may have been previously denied.
